That's Conversational Mainer for "I don't know."

And that pretty much sums up our approach to making maple syrup. Eventually we'll get around to posting about our process, and how it all works. Or doesn't work. We're learning as we go - and screwing up is pretty much a daily occurrence.

"Shit - that ain't right" is a common phrase in our neck of the woods. Not to be outdone by, "Wait - what just happened?"

Someday we'll get around to writing some blog posts about our adventures - and misadventures - in making maple syrup. Right now we're busy cursing the warm temperatures and trying to coax the tiniest amount of sap out of our underwhelming trees. CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL, PEOPLE.

And when we're not doing that, we're collecting sap. Or boiling. Or, you know - BEER.

So stay tuned. We'll get 'roundtuit. Eventually.

Mainerspeak : "Ayuh" - basically, a two-syllable alternative to a one-syllable affirmation. Conversational counterpart : "yep."
